Shipping policy

 All routine orders are shipped out via calculated USPS (US Postal Service) rates based on package weight & dimensions, service selected by customer & destination, unless otherwise specified.  Customers may select routine Ground Advantage, Priority or Priority Mail Express.

When tracking your USPS package, please note that the USPS "Delivered" notice may not always be accurate.  Please allow an additional two to three business days for USPS to deliver your package.  

If you’ve not received your package 1-2 days after a "delivery" notice, please contact your local USPS post office with your tracking number to allow them to find your missing package.  Please notify us if the USPS has been unsuccessful in finding the missing parcel.

We also ship via UPS (United Parcel Service), with rates determined by package weight & dimensions, service selected by customer & destination.  Customers may select UPS Ground, UPS Standard, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver or UPS Next Day Air.

International Buyers – Please Note:

USPS International First Class and USPS International Priority can take up to 2-6 weeks for delivery.  We’ve found the majority of deliveries will arrive within 3-4 weeks.

For our international orders, the shipping charge is based on weight and destination.  Most first-class International orders will range from $17.00 - $24.00, and most International Priority will range from $25- $56.00.   

We also offer UPS as an international carrier, with UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express and UPS Worldwide Saver shipping options.  Rates are determined by package weight & dimensions, service selected by customer & destination. 

Import duties, taxes, and fees are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost.  Custom charges are calculated by each individual country and are the responsibility of (covered by) the buyer (customer).

Please check with your country's Customs office to determine what your additional costs will be before completing your purchase.

Due to lost packages and delayed delivery to some countries, we may require that your order be shipped via UPS. 

Due to international sanctions, no orders will be shipped to Iran, Syria, Russia, Sudan, Belarus, North Korea, Cuba and Donetsk & Luhansk Peoples’ Republics of Ukraine.

All carts will reflect shipping options from which to select, before checkout.

All orders will receive an email or text with shipping information for tracking once it has shipped.
