Refund policy

Returns

Feather Wear Shop does not accept returns for REFUND, unless your item is returned to us unopened, in its original packaging.  We have a 30-day from receipt-of-order return policy.

We do not allow for returns on clearance items or custom items.

We do not allow for returns OR exchanges for OPENED FlockSuit packages.  Only unopened FlockSuits (for chickens) may be considered for return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return on a regularly priced item, your purchase must have been placed directly through our FeatherWearShop.com website, and not through a third party vendor.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.  You can contact us for any question regarding RETURNS & EXCHANGES at featherwearshop@gmail.com.

Refunds are not available for damages to product caused by bird.

Exchanges

Some birds are smaller or larger than average, or sometimes measurements can be off.  In this case, we will gladly accommodate an exchange for size or product within 30 days of receipt-of-order, provided the item is returned to us in good condition (or in unopened packaging for FlockSuits for chickens).  Contact us at featherwearshop@gmail.com to initiate your exchange.  Send your item back to us at:

Be sure to include a short note with your exchange that provides your name & address, order # (helpful), the reason for your exchange & the size or product for which you'd like to exchange.  Additional charges or refunds may apply.  We will send your bird's new size or product upon receipt of your exchange. 

Refunds
We will issue your product refund once we’ve received and inspected your approved return.  Once confirmed, your payment will be refunded to your original order payment method. Please know that  it will typically take 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Lost/Delayed Packages

Lost packages will be considered for refund in the following cases:

Domestic US orders that have not arrived within 3 weeks of shipping.

International orders that have not arrived within 60 days of shipping.

Refunds are based on product price and tax (if applicable) & do not include shipping charges.
